Dr. Reecha Panchal

ND, Naturopathic Doctor

Reecha PanchallFor as long as she can remember, Reecha always knew she wanted to help people feel better, and that her future would be in healthcare

Growing up in an Indian household where she was always provided with non-traditional/medicinal options for her varying ailments, she realized not everyone has the knowledge of Naturopathic Medicine, which combines traditional wisdom with modern medicine providing a vast array of tools to achieve optimal health.

Not everyone knows that there are alternate options and that is what Reecha is here to provide for her patients. Reecha’s goal is simple: to give her patient’s the tools, knowledge, and support they can trust, and to build a solid foundation of health, so they can move, eat and rest well. Reecha values evidence-based medicine and staying up-to-date with the latest research in order to provide an appropriate Naturopathic diagnosis and treatment plan. Integration is key to health, so she works closely with her patient’s healthcare providers to provide optimal care.

Reecha is a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and graduated from this program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine after obtaining an Honours degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Windsor. Clinically, Reecha has trained at Canada’s first naturopathic teaching clinic in a hospital setting, the College’s onsite Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, and served underprivileged patients at the Parkdale Community Health Centre.

In her free time, Reecha enjoys the outdoors, good coffee, spending time with her puppy, family, and friends, and working on DIY projects.
